The successful candidate will be pivotal in executing Phase I and II assessments, overseeing drilling activities, and mentoring junior staff. You will coordinate with project managers to maintain project schedules, while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. This role engages you in multiple aspects of environmental science, from fieldwork to report preparation, fostering technical growth in a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct environmental site assessments and groundwater sampling
• Mentor junior staff in field programs and safety protocols
• Assist project managers with schedules and budgets
• Communicate site assessment results to various stakeholders
• Prepare site assessment reports to meet regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project execution
• Proficient in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
• Willingness for year-round fieldwork and travel
• Valid Class 5 Full driver's license required
