As an Intermediate/Senior Specialist, you will oversee aquatic and fisheries programs across Alberta. This role combines field leadership with regulatory support and technical reporting, working on diverse projects in oil and gas, transportation, and renewable energy. Engage with project managers, clients, and regulators, contributing significantly to environmental compliance and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide QAES oversight for aquatic field programs

• Lead fish and habitat assessments and monitoring

• Support construction monitoring near aquatic environments

• Prepare and review technical reports and environmental documentation

• Mentor junior staff in field methods and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in biological sciences or related field

• Minimum 5+ years in environmental consulting

• Self-declaration or ability to meet QAES criteria

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver's license with field tool experience
