In this senior role, your expertise in mine reclamation and closure planning will shape future resource projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in developing effective strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering valuable client relationships.
Your role will also involve mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth through proposal development and new program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review mine closure and reclamation strategies
• Integrate expert inputs to ensure comprehensive plans
• Translate project objectives into practical outcomes
• Advise on regulatory submissions and closure readiness
• Mentor and support team development and collaboration
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
• 8–12+ years in mine reclamation and planning
• Strong background in oil sands and large-scale projects
• Expertise in technical report preparation and communication
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites
