The CCI Inc. is looking for skilled Field Environmental Technicians to join their network of subcontractors across Western Canada. This role involves fieldwork and regulatory support in diverse environmental projects.
As a subcontractor, you will assist in essential environmental monitoring tasks, including sampling and compliance checks for projects throughout Alberta and British Columbia. CCI values flexibility, making this an ideal position for professionals seeking varied field opportunities.
You'll work with seasoned experts and gain insight into different environmental sectors, all while engaging in essential onsite activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect environmental and drilling waste samples on-site
• Conduct field screenings and compliance activities
• Maintain field notes and photographic documentation
• Support various environmental assessments and inspections
• Engage with clients and regulatory bodies safely
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related environmental field
• Previous experience in environmental fieldwork
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work remotely
• Valid driver’s licence and safety certifications required
