By working closely with the Practice Manager and collaborating with peers, you will strengthen the technical capabilities of SLR Consulting while addressing complex ecological challenges. This dynamic role requires hands-on involvement in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate team planning and resource allocation

• Ensure timely project delivery and quality management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Develop and execute project scopes and budgets

• Mentor team members to enhance skills

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in ecology consulting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

• Registration as Professional Biologist preferred

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

• Experience in delivering assessments in related sectors
