  • Job Location: Based in Wetaskiwin, AB, but required to work in various locations (including Millet, Leduc, Camrose, Edmonton, Ponoka, etc.). The employer arranges travel to sites; company vehicles are provided
  • Wage:
    • $32.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • Salary increases based on performance, per company policy
    • Bonus per company policy
  • Employment terms and conditions: Seasonal, Full-time (40 hours/week, hours may vary between 30-60/week based on weather, including mornings, days, weekends; overtime required)

Duties
  • Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Level top surface concrete, impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in fresh pour concrete
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces of concrete
  • Waterproof, damp proof and, restore concrete surfaces
  • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
