This position begins as a critical 3-week contract to cover a scheduled leave. For the right candidate, this is a high-visibility opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and reliability, potentially leading to a permanent role within our growing team.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Advanced Equipment Operation:
Demonstrate technical proficiency in operating specialized machinery, including Stand-up Electric Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks and Counterbalance Forklifts, within high-density environments.
Integrated Logistics:
Orchestrate the staging, transfer, and flow of materials. Manage the precision loading and unloading of transport vehicles to ensure seamless shipping and receiving operations.
Physical Capability:
Consistently perform high-capacity manual labor, with the ability to safely and effectively maneuver loads weighing between 50 and 75 lbs.
Operational Safety & Compliance:
Uphold rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance while proactively maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free facility.

Technical Mastery & Certification:
Holds valid certifications for both Reach Truck and Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklifts. Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in operating stand-up electric narrow-aisle and counterbalance equipment in high-density environments.
Physical Resilience:
Proven ability to manage physically demanding workloads, including the consistent and safe execution of heavy lifting and high-capacity manual labor.
Professionalism & Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly through both written and verbal channels. A versatile team player who excels in autonomous tasks while contributing to a high-performance, team-centric culture.
Operational Excellence:
