As a Facilities Technician, your responsibilities will encompass both preventive maintenance and repairs across various systems, including HVAC and plumbing. Your troubleshooting skills will help resolve any operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely maintenance of all building assets

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections

• Assist in troubleshooting operational outages

• Serve as the liaison for external maintenance contractors

• Follow health and safety protocols diligently

Requirements:

• Certificate as a Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator

• Three years' experience in building maintenance

• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety

• Capacity to interpret blueprints and technical documents
