Field Support Specialist

Join Hibco's team as a Skilled Site Support in Edmonton, responsible for assisting in diverse construction projects. Collaborate with trades and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

In this full-time role, you will support a range of residential, commercial, modular, and restoration projects by preparing job sites, handling materials, and assisting various trade professionals. You'll work closely with the project manager and site supervisor to ensure timely project completion while upholding safety standards. Your reliability and commitment to teamwork will be essential for maintaining a clean and productive site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job sites for various construction projects

• Safely handle and store building materials

• Support trades by gathering tools and assisting with installations

• Maintain organized and debris-free job sites

• Clean and care for tools and equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years’ construction experience

• CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
