Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time work in Edmonton, responsible for various general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, and door installation. You will support building operations by managing service requests and contractor interactions while ensuring safety and quality in all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior repairs and installations including doors and drywall

• Respond to on-demand maintenance requests and emergencies

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Conduct routine inspections and relevant documentation

• Manage preventive maintenance activities and reports

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred

• Grade 12 education and valid driver's license

• Clean driver’s abstract with willingness to travel
