Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Execute preventative maintenance tasks on schedule

• Uphold building standards for fitness areas and common spaces

• Identify and flag safety hazards proactively

• Document completed work and update senior technicians

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in building maintenance or trades role

• Knowledge of general building systems and codes

• Reliable, punctual, and organized

• Relevant trades certifications preferred

• Must possess a valid driver's license
