Vector Construction is searching for a skilled Leadhand Carpenter to lead field teams in carpentry tasks focused on concrete structure restoration. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in carpentry, especially in formwork and restoration projects.

Your role will include mentoring less experienced crew members, maintaining site safety standards, and performing hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate field crew activities on site

• Perform advanced carpentry duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job environment

• Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters

• Complete safety forms and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of carpentry experience required

• Strong leadership skills to supervise a team

• Knowledge of construction safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Valid driver’s license and open to travel
