Foreman for Service Operations at Premier

Location: Leduc

Lead service operations as a Foreman at Premier Equipment in Kingston, ON. Focus on enhancing team efficiency and quality service delivery for our valued customers.

As a full-time Foreman, you'll utilize your experience in the service industry to supervise job assignments and facilitate effective communication among technicians. With at least 3 years as a Service Technician, you will also support the Service Manager in all aspects of department operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and oversee tasks for service employees

• Ensure all service work is completed promptly

• Assist in diagnosing technical issues and guide apprentices

• Engage directly with customers for problem resolution

• Provide performance feedback to the Service Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Service Technician in relevant fields

• Strong leadership capabilities

• Familiarity with John Deere equipment

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Forklift license is mandatory
