Commercial Journeyman Plumber

GDI Ainsworth is actively seeking Journeyman Plumbers with commercial experience to enhance our Edmonton team. This hands-on role involves project installation and mechanical services in a supportive environment.

As a Journeyman Plumber at GDI Ainsworth, you will play a vital role in our operations, requiring minimal supervision. Your skills in reading blueprints, maintaining water systems, and installing plumbing fixtures will directly impact our client satisfaction. Prior experience with commercial plumbing is essential in delivering professional and respectful service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently on service tasks and installations

• Interpret blueprints to determine plumbing layouts

• Repair and maintain hot and cold-water systems

• Install NG distribution piping according to code

• Offer exceptional customer service and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• Red Seal Journeyman Certification required

• Gas B license considered an asset

• Proven commercial plumbing experience

• Valid Alberta Driver's License necessary

• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
