This role involves at least two years of carpentry experience, particularly in formwork and the restoration of concrete structures. You will lead your crew, ensure compliance with safety standards, and perform various hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the field crew's tasks effectively

• Execute advanced carpentry work as required

• Maintain a clean and secure work site

• Train and mentor less experienced workers

• Keep accurate documentation and safety reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in carpentry required

• Strong leadership to guide team operations

• Knowledgeable about construction safety protocols

• Skilled in reading construction specifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to traveling
