Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in MIG and wire welding operations

• Interpret and understand technical drawings

• Aid in the setup of welding equipment (GMAW, plasma)

• Maintain clean work areas and inspect materials

• Contribute to team training and safety improvement projects

Requirements:

• Registered Apprentice Welder or developing towards certification

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Committed to learning with a positive attitude

• Must pass drug/alcohol and fit-for-work assessments

• Clean-shaven for respirator safety
