Precision Drilling invites you to our Open House in Nisku, AB, seeking Rig Hands including Floor hands, Derrickhands, and Drillers with outdoor labor experience. Competitive hourly wages are offered.
We are hosting an Open House on May 22, 2026, to fill various rig positions. Candidates are expected to have recent oil rig experience or outdoor labor skills. Work will entail 12-hour shifts on 14/7 or 20/10 rotations, focusing on safety and career progression in drilling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Floorhand, Motorhand, Derrickhand, or Driller
• Uphold strict safety standards at all times
• Engage in daily operation and maintenance tasks
• Manage heavy lifting up to 75 lbs
• Be physically fit and ready for shift challenges
Requirements:
• Recent oil rig experience or 2+ years outdoor labor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Ability to pass drug and fitness tests
• Strong adherence to safety practices
• Open to working 12-hour shifts
