Experienced Dozer Operator

Thompson Construction Group is hiring Experienced Dozer Operators for Water and Sewer installations in the Edmonton area. This position focuses on efficient dozer operation alongside safety and teamwork.
In these full-time, project-specific roles, you will support various infrastructure projects including subdivision servicing. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience and a strong understanding of ground disturbance issues. Daily safety meetings and active participation in team initiatives are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozer for back filling and ditching tasks

• Complete daily equipment inspections and checklists

• Collaborate with crew to meet project deadlines

• Participate in safety meetings and report issues

• Communicate effectively with site supervision and team members
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of dozer operation experience

• Reliable transportation to and from site

• Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts

• Preferred certifications: CSTS/OSSA, H2S Alive, First Aid

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
