Canoco Energy Services is actively seeking a Carpenter Foreman to guide crews in Edmonton and surrounding areas. This role demands a motivated leader with a Journeyperson Carpenter certification and strong experience in concrete formwork, civil construction, and overall carpentry. You will promote safety and efficiency while overseeing daily carpentry activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor carpentry crews for productivity

• Plan and coordinate daily carpentry activities

• Construct and dismantle concrete formwork as needed

• Review and communicate requirements from drawings

• Monitor productivity and conduct safety inspections

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Carpenter certification required

• Previous experience as Foreman or Lead Hand preferred

• Strong concrete formwork and civil construction experience

• Valid CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
