Pursue a rewarding career as a Diesel Mechanic at Purolator’s Edmonton North Depot. Conduct critical inspections and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
This full-time position focuses on diagnosing issues and performing maintenance on both on- and off-road vehicles. You will manage service reports, communicate with team members about complex problems, and respond to urgent service needs. Your expertise will enhance vehicle performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose problems and conduct repairs on heavy-duty vehicles
• Maintain service logs and reports accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the Foreman
• Provide emergency support for equipment breakdowns
Requirements:
• Class 1 driver’s license is preferred
• Three years of relevant Diesel Mechanic experience
• Required Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics license
• Ability to conduct annual safety inspections (CVIP)
• Clear driver’s abstract for insurance compliance
