Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings. This role requires a robust work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively or experience in roofing is a requirement.

• Install new roofing systems using various materials such as metal, or flat roofing membranes (SBS, EPDM, TPO and PVC)
• Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to ensure safety and durability
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure roofing materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project specifications
• Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with general carpentry tasks related to roofing projects
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

• Proven experience with hand tools, construction, carpentry, and maintenance person tasks
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights
• Knowledge of caulking techniques for waterproofing applications
• Prior experience in roofing or related construction fields is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites
• 4 years minimum experience required
