Job Duties

Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet vehicles and equipment, including inspections, oil changes, tune-ups, and component replacements.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Conduct inspections to identify maintenance requirements, safety concerns, and potential equipment failures.

Complete repairs and verify vehicle serviceability through testing and quality checks.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and work orders.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

Assist with inventory management of parts and shop supplies as required.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Certification

Minimum 5 years of experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

CVIP considered an asset

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
