Parts Technician Transit

We are seeking an organized Parts Technician to support Edmonton's Transit Fleet Maintenance. You'll be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and distributing parts while providing exceptional service to our mechanics. If you possess strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts and inventory systems like SAP and M5, we want you to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to understand parts requirements for fleet maintenance
• Review part catalogs to select correct components
• Source material from suppliers and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain accurate paperwork for orders and returns
• Organize warehouse inventory and conduct cycle counts
Requirements:
• Alberta Journeyman Parts Technician Certification or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a journeyman parts technician
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Forklift license is an asset
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence required
