Clean Harbors is seeking a full-time Apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic to enhance its dedicated team. As a registered apprentice, you will engage in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles. The role emphasizes strict adherence to health and safety standards to foster a secure workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with all safety policies and practices
• Perform routine inspections and identify repair needs
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on vehicles
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Registered as a Heavy Duty Apprentice
• Experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic is preferred
• Class 5 Driver’s License is required
• Familiarity with Vacuum Trucks is an asset
