We are seeking experienced aluminum welders residing in Canada to enhance our skilled team. You will engage in interpreting engineered drawings while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role includes outdoor work in varying weather, performing on-site fabrication, and mentoring junior welders to uphold best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineered drawings accurately

• Fabricate and repair aluminum structures using advanced welding techniques

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions

• Mentor junior welders, aiding their development

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminum welding

• Class 5 driver’s license required

• SMAW, GMAW, or FCAW certifications preferred

• CWB certification for stick welding is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
