We are seeking an experienced Off-Road Heavy Duty Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of on-road heavy equipment. This role is essential to supporting safe, reliable operations and contributes directly to our Core

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on off-road heavy equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsComplete service and repair work according to manufacturer, industry, and regulatory standardsConduct inspections and ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and road-readyMaintain accurate records of service, inspections, and repairsWork independently in the shop, in the field, or on-road environmentsSupport a strong safety culture through safe work practices and complianceQualifications
Journeyperson Off-Road Heavy Duty Mechanic certification would be an assetStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesValid driver’s licenseAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanshipPreferred Assets (Not Required)
CVIP certificationMaintenance and repair experience of street sweepersStrong electrical, emissions, and hydraulic diagnostic skillsRole Expectations
