This position demands a minimum of three years in auto body repair, where you'll perform structural and non-structural repairs while aiming to exceed KPIs. You'll receive ongoing training and support necessary for career growth while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the WOW plan consistently

• Repair vehicle body panels and components

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately

• Assess and repair structural vehicle parts

• Utilize frame equipment to enhance repair quality

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of auto body technician experience

• Welding experience (MIG, TIG) required

• Have your own toolbox

• Valid driver’s license necessary
