Newville Drywall Ltd. is seeking one dedicated Drywall Installer for its Edmonton team. This position requires proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing drywall along with supervising fellow workers. Ideal candidates will apply, level, and smooth plaster while ensuring surfaces are clean and prepared for a professional finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Supervise and guide other workers onsite
• Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets
• Apply and smooth coats of plaster as needed
• Erect scaffolding and other working platforms
Requirements:
• No formal education required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Ability to work at heights or on scaffolding
• Strong understanding of drywall installation techniques
• Familiarity with tools and safety practices
