Job Summary:

· Provide basic construction skills for residential and commercial clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

· Bid work and produce it with great satisfaction.

· Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

The handyman we are looking for should have skill in at least three (3) of the following areas:

· General Carpentry (rough and finish)

· Drywall Repair (Patching/Caulking)

· Painting (interior and exterior)

· Fence repairs and installation

· Deck repairs and installation

· Door repairs and installation

· Bathroom Upgrades / remodel

· Kitchen refresh / remodel

· Minor plumbing and electrical

· Flooring Repair and Installation

Competencies:

· Great customer service and client relations

· Knowledge of building codes

· Material management

· Must have a current driver's license and insurance

· Must have tools, work vehicle and good references

· Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation

· Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
