As a key player, you'll maintain and repair a wide range of kitchen equipment, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Daily interactions with the Executive Chef and team members will enhance your contributions to our high-performance kitchen environment. You must possess strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical realms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all kitchen and refrigeration equipment effectively
• Repair domestic to industrial kitchen appliances successfully
• Communicate with the Executive Chef and team daily
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Keep accurate logs for compliance and maintenance
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• 10 years of kitchen equipment maintenance required
• EPA approved Refrigeration Practices certification
• One year of relevant technical training
• Familiarity with electrical systems needed
