Flooring Installer

Position: Full-Time Flooring Installer
Elevate your career with Broadstreet Properties as a full-time Flooring Installer based in Edmonton, Alberta. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and removing various flooring types, primarily carpet and vinyl.

As a Flooring Installer, you will contribute significantly to our dynamic team by managing work orders, preparing surfaces, and ensuring a high-quality finish on installations. This role requires a minimum of three years of carpet installation experience, along with strong skills in using hand and power tools for safety. You will also be responsible for compliance with safety protocols while maintaining tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close work orders and submit paperwork efficiently

• Inspect, clean, and prepare surfaces for flooring

• Remove existing flooring and prepare for new installations

• Measure, cut, and install underlay and vinyl flooring

• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of carpet installation experience

• Proven knowledge of hand/power tool safety

• Computer skills for work order management

• Valid driver’s license for travel

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs
