Water & Sewer Lead Hand

Thompson Construction Group is seeking skilled Water & Sewer Lead Hands for their operations in the Edmonton area. This full-time role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and effective crew management.

The Water & Sewer Lead Hand position requires a proactive leader with at least three years of experience in the Water and Sewer Industry. You'll assist the Foreman in supervising crew members and allocate daily tasks effectively. This role is project specific, offering a blend of teamwork and individual mentorship within the crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe and inclusive work environment

• Mentor and train crew members on site

• Assist Foreman by supervising daily operations

• Allocate daily tasks alongside the Foreman

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Water and Sewer experience

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willingness to work on a seasonal basis
