Your role involves tasks such as facilitating suite turnovers, responding to tenant requests, and conducting inspections, ensuring our properties remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate suite turnovers including inspections and repairs

• Commute to various sites within Edmonton for maintenance tasks

• Respond to tenant maintenance requests via communication portal

• Conduct regular inspections to identify facility issues

• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or construction

• Proficient in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and communicate effectively
