Full-Time Maintenance Technician

This position reports to the Site Manager or Maintenance Manager, focusing on general suite maintenance and ensuring properties are well-kept. Responsibilities involve a range of tasks, including diagnosing plumbing, heating, and electrical issues, grounds maintenance, and conducting interior inspections. Your expertise will directly contribute to residents’ comfort and community living standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily maintenance operations effectively

• Maintain building exteriors, including landscapes and snow removal

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical issues

• Inspect and maintain mechanical and pool equipment

• Perform painting and drywall repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year maintenance experience or equivalent

• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Able to work on-call and weekends as required

• Clear background check and pass fitness testing
