Audio Visual Technician

Microserve is seeking an Audio Visual Technician in Edmonton, AB, to enhance client AV experiences. Master installation tasks, problem-solving, and equipment setup in diverse environments every day.

As an Audio Visual Technician at Microserve, you will engage directly with clients to fulfill their AV needs. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of installation experience, enabling you to manage installations and maintenance across public sector boardrooms. You will troubleshoot, conduct health checks, and leverage your technical skills in various AV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installations and support larger projects

• Troubleshoot AV systems on-site during service calls

• Conduct preventative maintenance and document findings

• Read electronic schematics and architectural blueprints

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years of audiovisual installation experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work at heights

• Willingness to work occasionally out of town
