Ideal candidates should possess 2–5 years of relevant experience, showcasing strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple maintenance areas, all while maintaining professional communication with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and clogs

• Handle minor electrical issues and install fixtures

• Conduct HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance

• Execute general repairs, including drywall and carpentry

• Document maintenance records and logs accurately

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in property maintenance or similar roles
