As an Intermediate Hydrovac Operator with GCS Group, you will confidently operate your unit with minimal oversight while managing day-to-day construction site demands. Collaborating closely with HDD and locating teams is essential for maintaining safety and efficiency. Your hydrovac expertise will support the successful execution of underground telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hydrovac units for telecom and HDD tasks

• Clear bore paths and manage excavation zones

• Perform pre-trip and pre-shift inspections

• Oversee water levels and spoil disposal

• Maintain accurate daily field reports and logs

Requirements:

• Valid certifications to be verified prior to start

• Proven hydrovac operating experience required

• Familiarity with telecom and utility projects beneficial

• Strong awareness of safe dig practices

• Clean driver’s abstract;
Class 3 license a plus
