Position: Field Service Technician with BearCom
Elevate your technical career as a Field Service Technician II erage your expertise in wireless communication systems installation and support while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will be integral to Bear Com’s success, working with both clients and advanced technology. As a certified technician, you will create programming codeplugs, install systems, and make equipment recommendations tailored for customer needs. There may be occasional regional travel and on-call duties necessary for client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service wireless communication systems

• Create mid-level programming codeplugs and configurations

• Recommend appropriate equipment based on client requirements

• Deliver exceptional customer service during installations

• Maintain technical communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 3+ years of service technician experience

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing RF equipment

• Understanding of two-way radio theory and RF propagation

• Familiarity with IP networking is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
