DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service and maintain customer equipment;

Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;

Install machines at customer locations;

Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

Total Rewards:

CAD $49,.00 - $66,.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma;

3-5 years in similar technical role;

Strong mechanical aptitude - Education in a technical capacity such as a diploma / certification in electronics / appliance repair / electromechanics (highly preferred);

Experience in training a team member.

COMPETENCIES

Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract;

Basic computer skills;

Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;

Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).

Ability to travel (10-20 % of the time).
