Grader Operator Position in Oil Sands

As an experienced grader operator, you will focus on safely operating a motor grader across haul roads and performing essential winter maintenance duties. With a pay range of $29.00 to $40.00 per hour, this role emphasizes your skills on a dedicated grader rather than switching between machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run a motor grader on active site roads

• Blade surfaces to maintain shape and drainage

• Cut in-pit ramps and maintain site standards

• Handle snow removal and road maintenance during winter

• Complete machine inspections and report defects

Requirements:

• Proven motor grader experience essential

• Must have a valid Class 5 licence

•

Certifications:

CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid

• Ability to pass pre-access drug tests

• Must work with 12 hour shifts on rotation
