, where you'll play a vital role in delivering expert appliance service to our customers. Whether you're already enrolled in the Alberta Appliance Service Technician apprenticeship program or looking to start, this is your opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with repairs and diagnostics while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Using manufacturers' service manuals and bulletins, you'll ensure accurate repairs, maintain clear communication with customers, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to our reputation for expertise, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Perform accurate appliance repairs and diagnostics using manufacturers' manuals and bulletins.
  • Communicate repair findings clearly to customers and report service concerns to management.
  • Document repairs, damage, and parts usage accurately while ensuring proper authorization.
  • Engage in training programs and support junior apprentices in their development.
  • Follow all safety protocols, maintain equipment, and uphold cleanliness in work areas.
What you need to be successful:
  • Valid driver’s license and enrollment in the Alberta Appliance Service Technician apprenticeship program.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances while following safety protocols.
Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
