Electrician – Journeypersons

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking local Journeyperson Electricians for work at on our project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

• Schedule Rotation: 6 nights on / 1 night off

• Ensuring safe work practices, EH&S processes, and OH&S compliance are followed on site
• Support Grounding work
• Pulling Cable
• Groundwork in trenches
• Install new wire from existing panels to new and existing equipment on site.
• Install conduit for regular service and explosion proof applications
• Install and maintain heat tracing

• Valid Journeyperson Certificate or Apprentice Certificate
• CSTS 2020
• WHMIS 2015
• ESC Fall ProtectionESC Confined Space
• Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
• Experience on major industrial project sites
• The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
• Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
