This position involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances at client sites. To succeed, you need a current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket and a good driving record. You'll work collaboratively with a team focused on improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and verify mechanical/electrical appliance problems

• Create accurate repair estimates and document explanations

• Complete necessary repairs on customer appliances promptly

• Travel to customers’ homes to perform repairs
Requirements:

• Active Journeyman Appliance Technician registration

• Must have a clean driver’s abstract for insurance

• Monday to Friday work availability without evenings

• Urgent and proactive approach to service

• Undergo a security check for eligibility
