Your role is essential in maintaining top-quality finishes across our projects.
As a vital link in the construction department, you will leverage 3+ years of experience to manage the finishing pipeline with precision and organization. This involves executing meticulous surface preparation, color matching, and applying finishes that meet high standards for appearance and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare wood surfaces by sanding and filling carefully
• Achieve exact color matches for stains and paints
• Apply decorative and protective coatings professionally
• Inspect finished projects to meet quality standards
• Maintain a 98% defect-free rate prior to delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience or apprenticeship status
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills to handle arising issues
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Standard work hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
