We are seeking a self-motivated Flat Roofer with excellent interpersonal skills for a permanent role at Standard Roofing Company. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in flat roofing and be knowledgeable about built-up roofing systems and single-ply roofing methods. You will work in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings while handling physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair built-up roofing systems

• Replace single-ply roofing with waterproof materials

• Work at heights across various locations

• Operate in outdoor environments and dusty conditions

• Complete roofing tasks within set time frames

Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

• Ability to lift loads up to 100 lbs

• Reliable and dependable team player

• Own safety gear of boots, hard hat, and goggles
