Position: Underground Excavator for Civil Projects
Work as a Finish Excavator at Blackline Civil Inc. in Alberta, focusing on underground utility excavation and installation. This full-time role emphasizes precision, safety, and collaborative execution.

As a skilled excavator operator, you will bring over 2 years of experience in civil or underground construction. Your primary responsibilities will involve trenching, exposing existing utilities, and maintaining safety throughout the project lifecycle. You will also closely coordinate with other professionals on site to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators for trenching and grading tasks

• Safely expose and work around live utilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specs

• Coordinate with team members on site

• Conduct daily pre-trip equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of excavator experience in relevant fields

• Solid experience with live utilities

• Comprehensive understanding of safety practices

• Strong ability to read utility plans and site drawings

• Valid driver’s license and ground disturbance certification
