Fraserway RV is looking for an RV Service Technician to join our Edmonton team. Whether your experience comes from the RV, automotive, heavy-duty, marine, or trades industry, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed in the growing RV industry.
What You'll Do
As an RV Service Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RVs, helping our customers enjoy safe and worry-free adventures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing RV plumbing, electrical, appliance, structural, and mechanical systemsPerforming routine maintenance and warranty repairsTroubleshooting issues and recommending appropriate repairsCommunicating with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to confirm repair approvalsExplaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers when neededRecording accurate notes and repair details on work ordersMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking For
Experience repairing RVs, automobiles, trailers, heavy equipment, marine equipment, or similar productsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical repairsRed Seal certification is an asset but not requiredExperience with trailer hitches and wiring is an assetForklift and propane certification are assetsStrong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and willingness to continue learningAvailability to work Saturdays during our busy seasonWhy Fraserway RV?
