Service Technician

Key Information:
  • Hours:
    Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
    -5:30 PM. (8 Hours regular time, 2 hours over time)
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. (on-call rotation)
  • Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
  • Changing oil and filters on all makes of heavy construction equipment. (Dozers, Bulldozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Scrapers, Water Wagons, Motor Graders, Compaction Rollers, Articulated Trucks)
  • Checking and sampling on all components of machine, fueling equipment, maintain paperwork and truck upkeep.
  • Work safely and in a timely fashion, staying in compliance with all company rules and regulations.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
  • CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and Ground Disturbance 201 are required.
  • A valid drivers license (class
    5) required.
  • A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
  • A safety conscious attitude.
  • A reliable means of transportation is required.
  • Proficient English language skills required.
Education:

Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
