Strategic Group seeks a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to enhance customer experiences within its properties. Ideal candidates will have expertise in various maintenance tasks including drywall repair and painting, basic plumbing, and electrical services. You will address tenant requests promptly and ensure routine maintenance is performed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform drywall repairs and interior painting
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical tasks
• Install and repair appliances across properties
• Execute routine maintenance in common areas
• Manage snow removal and heavy garbage tasks
Requirements:
• 2+ years in building maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• On-call availability for after hours and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Familiarity with HVAC and fire protection systems
