Position: Heavy Equipment Operator for Ledcor Projects
Become a vital part of Ledcor as a Heavy Equipment Operator in Fort McMurray, Alberta, focusing on road building and reclamation. Experience in operating Dozers and Excavators is essential.

Ledcor is looking for experienced operators for equipment including Excavators and Dozers in road building projects. Your prior experience will play a critical role in our operational success while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards. Team collaboration will be key to meeting production goals and maintaining high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily operate Excavators (20 – 80 ton) and Dozers (D6 – D10)

• Execute excavation and earthmoving activities effectively

• Organize materials and set up dumps for cycle optimization

• Perform daily inspections and safety assessments

• Work closely with team members to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with relevant equipment

• Road building or mining experience preferred

• GPS system knowledge is advantageous

• Valid driver’s license and Ground Disturbance certification

• Willingness to work day and night shifts
